  • We do not accept returns/refund requests. We will ensure that every item you receive meets a high-quality standard.

 

  • If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 12 days and we will do our best to find a resolution.

 

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@socarestudio.com with your order number and a photo of the package, and the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
